If you don't understand something in the guide, this video can help: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iRxnfIHFMyQ
Why you would need to mount an iso or mdf:
1. Sometimes it's necessary to do, like with Hatsukoi 1/1.
2. If you want to install 2 isos together and don't have access to a PC/ don't have enough space on your PC, that isn't possible with PowerISO. You'll have to mount the first disc, then unmount it, then mount the second.
3. Sometimes you can't install a iso/ mdf with PowerISO and you can do this instead.
How to do it:
1. Extract the iso or mdf to a folder. You can do this with WinRAR and probably other extraction programs/ apps. You can also use PowerISO to extract what's inside.
2. Name the folder (or folders) you extracted to as the same as the iso/ mdf you extracted from. You can also add the extension to the folder name, I have tried with adding it and without adding it, either way it works.
3. Inside a container go to the start menu and click run. Then enter "winecfg", go to Drivers and click on E:\. From here enter the path (or use "browse") to your folder you want to use as a mounted drive and click apply at the bottom right. At this point it will be mounted.
